Caine’s Arcade at CDS

On Friday, Oct 10th, Upper Elementary students hosted the second Caine’s Arcade!  From 2:00-4:00pm on the sports Court, our 4^th & 5^th grade students showed how they were able to use their engineering skills and imagination to create arcade games out of cardboard.

This project is based on ‘Caine’s Arcade’, featured on the Today Show, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal, just to name a few! If you have not already heard of this, take a few minutes to watch. http://www.cainesarcade.com. This video inspired our students to create a similar project of their own.
